Shipping & Returns Policy
Our charge for delivery
Although we will be using the post office to deliver parcels to you we will set simple charges for delivery that do not reflect the post offices requirements for a weight in grams, all measurements in millimetres, as well as a postal code. Our simple charges will be as follows:
- Ottawa – Gatineau – $4.95
- Anywhere else in Canada – $11.95
We will absorb any difference between these simple rates and the actual rates that we must pay to the post office.
For Local Orders
It may also be possible to deliver the items personally to your nearest shopping centre. We would discuss this with you at the time of your order. Payment could also be made at this time. If your unsure of the colour, size or quality an examination of the product could be made at this time, as well, with out any commitment.
For Shipping Out Side the Country
We will ship to the U.S but because of the complications of duty, taxes, and delivery charges that vary, particularly when crossing the border, we will have to discuss this individually with you by email.

The appropriate sales taxes will apply depending upon where the parcel is being delivered. See below for details.

Returns
We ask customers to return purchases within 10 days, and to e-mail for authorization before returning anything.
Yes, we will give you your money back plus the sales taxes charged upon return of the purchase, providing the article is in the same condition as when it was sent out. Refunds will be given within 12 days of the date the item is received in our hands.
We ask that it be returned by mail in the same packaging as it was sent to you and make sure the parcel being returned is insured.
We will refund the purchase price of the item in the same way that it was purchased. There’s one exception to this and that is clearance items. Clearance items will only be refunded by credit note.
This credit note will be good for one year.
